Between the sapphires are 4 diamonds (2.5 points) each, totalling (0.10ct). The ring measures 1.6cm wide x 0.8cm height. The ring is fully marked for 18ct gold C.1917. The ring weighs 3.4g. The ring is in excellent condition.
