A fine 9ct Gold Ruby & Diamond Heart Pendant Necklace . The pendant is of beautiful quality. The chain is marked 10k for solid 10 carat gold. Pendant being set with 3 incredible marquise cut Ruby’s (10 points) and 4 x sparkly white (2 point) diamonds set into white gold. Lovely looking item in very good condition. Pendant measures 13mm x 18mm. The chain measures 45cm in length. Total weight 1.9 grams.
