A charming 9ct Gold Ruby & Diamond Heart Large Pendant Necklace. The pendant is set with a lovely central pear cut ruby of (0.50ct) with 16 x (0.07ct) rubies along the outside of the stud which is shaped like a heart, totalling (1.60ct). Between the the central ruby and the outer rubies are 5 illusion set diamonds (1 point) each, set in white gold. The pendant measures 20mm x 14mm, the pendant is presented on a 20"/51cm 9ct gold chain. The total weight is 2.3 grams, The necklace is offered in good condition.
